Sebastian Plotkin is the President and Chief Inspector at Solutions Miramar.

Sebastian is a mechanical engineer by training and has been passionate about sailing for over 10 years. He graduated from the Chapman School of Marine Surveying (Florida, USA) and the Maritime Training Academy's Sail and Rigging Inspection program (UK). Since 2023, he has been a fleet maintenance manager after 10 years in engineering project management. He is an elementary cruising sailing instructor with over 7,000 nautical miles of offshore experience. He holds certification in ABYC (American Boat and Yacht Council) standards. A veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force, ask us about discounts for active CAF members!
